Bookings & Reservations

CATCH will confirm all initial telephone reservations in writing with the relevant prices. Bookings are taken on the basis of a price per room with additional charges for catering and refreshments. (All equipment hired is included in the room rate). When numbers are advised, CATCH personnel will place the booking in the room with the most appropriate capacity for the delegate number. CATCH reserves the right to move a booking to an alternative room with prior notice to yourself, if you alter the number of delegates booked. Final confirmation of delegate numbers and catering requirements must be received no later than 5 working dates prior to the event.

Payment
If you have an account with CATCH, upon completion of the event, we will send you an invoice which is payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Otherwise for a first transaction, upon placing an order, we will request a deposit equal to the cost of the room hire with the balance payable post event. Thereafter an account will be opened. The alternative is to pay on the day by credit card, this is subject to a handling charge of 3.0%.

Cancellation Policy
Upon acceptance and confirmation of your booking of facilities at CATCH a legally binding contract exists between us. If you cancel your booking with us for any reason we will make every effort to let the facilities to another party. If we are unable to re-let the facilities, a cancellation charge will be payable in accordance with the following schedule:

Under 1 weeks notice 100% of costs (inc catering)

Up to 1 weeks before the event 50% of total estimate (inc catering)

Up to 2 weeks before the event 25% of total estimate (inc catering)

Up to 4 weeks before the event 10% of total estimate (inc catering)

Cancellations made by telephone will not be accepted as proof of cancellation unless confirmed in writing by you.

Food
In accordance with Food Hygiene & Safety Regulations, food from buffets- May not be taken off the premises, May not be saved for future consumption on the day.

Disabled Facilities
We have facilities available for disabled delegates. A lift is available on the ground floor.Please advise when booking if disabled facilities are required.
